The Challenge
Launching BaseJump meant battling a "scam" stigma. In the eyes of local founders, a 100-day sprint for a six-figure check from an unfamiliar foreign investor felt like a risk rather than an opportunity. With zero market expertise in these specific regions and a tight applications window, the challenge was to build instant credibility and position the program as a legitimate launchpad for the top 1% of talent.
Our Strategy
The goal was to build a machine. We needed a standardized strategy that could land in any country and instantly generate trust. By first educating, then informing, and lastly firing up to apply, we developed a powerful system that moved beyond the first house to dominate markets in Lithuania, Serbia, Romania, Spain, and the Netherlands. Five countries down, and we’re just getting started.
