  • AI implementation and strategy consulting

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal between Agenzy and the client.

4. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam

6. Client engagements

When you engage Agenzy for services:

  • A separate proposal or service agreement will outline the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines

  • Work begins only after written confirmation and receipt of any agreed deposit

  • Revisions, additional requests, or scope changes outside the original agreement may be subject to additional fees

  • You are responsible for providing accurate briefs, materials, and timely feedback

  • Delays caused by the client may affect agreed delivery timelines

7. Payment

  • Fees are outlined in the relevant proposal or service agreement

  • Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

8. Cancellation and termination

  • Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice, unless a different notice period is agreed in writing

  • Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and remains payable

  • Agenzy reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or abusive conduct

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, or trade secrets shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of the agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Agenzy does not guarantee specific results from our services, including follower growth, engagement rates, or advertising ROI

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services

  • Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim

11. Third-party platforms and tools

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Agenzy is not responsible for changes to these platforms' algorithms, policies, or performance, and cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party systems.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on our website or the results of our services.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.
