Outcraft in short

In May 2026 its robots.txt blocked GPTBot, ClaudeBot, CCBot and Google-Extended, so AI engines could not read the site. Outcraft was named in 5 of 100 tracked buyer prompts. By the end of August 2026, Peec AI had recorded 3,000+ citations of outcraft.ai across 32,000+ AI answers. AI visibility grew 48x over 90 days, from 0.25% in May to 11.9% in August. In August 2026 Outcraft held 98% share of voice on “best AI tools for e-commerce failed payment recovery”. Google Search Console shows impressions 9x higher, 9,896 to 88,987, comparing matching windows at the start and at the end of the 90 days.

Where Outcraft stood in May 2026

Outcraft’s robots.txt blocked GPTBot, ClaudeBot, CCBot and Google-Extended. Those four rules kept ChatGPT, Claude and Google’s AI features off every page of outcraft.ai. In AI answers Outcraft competes with funded voice-AI companies: Retell, Bland, Synthflow and 11x. It also competes with platforms carrying thousands of ranking pages, such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Klaviyo.

Outcraft was named in 5 of 100 tracked buyer prompts.

outcraft.ai was cited 20 times in the first tracked week.

The site received about 41 organic Google visits a month. The brands holding 8% to 23% AI visibility were getting 7,000 to 37,000.

What Agenzy delivered in 90 days

The technical foundation

Opened the whole site to AI engines, which until then had been told to stay out of every page.

Marked the site up so an engine can tell what Outcraft is, what it sells and who it sells to.

Rewrote the questions and answers on the site in the words buyers actually type into an assistant.

The content engine

Built a library of buyer-question articles aimed at the questions where no brand was being named at all.

Audited the whole existing blog first, so new pages added reach instead of competing with the old ones.

Wrote every page so the answer comes first and the detail sits under it, which is the shape an engine quotes from.

Video and channels

Produced a full video set from buyer question to finished cut: scripts, filming, editing and thumbnails.

Rebuilt the YouTube channel, titles, descriptions, chapters and captions, and left the team a process it runs itself.

Placed long-form articles on outside platforms, so the brand is named off its own website too.

Ongoing measurement

Tracked 100 buyer questions every day across three AI engines, with Outcraft’s team inside the same dashboard.

Read the numbers with Outcraft every week and moved the work onto whatever was still unanswered.

Delivered the market and competitor analysis behind each decision, including where the category leaders get their visibility.

On SaaS failed payment recovery automation the share is 85.0% and visibility 22.0%, with HubSpot and Salesforce taking the rest. On those three 100% prompts no other tracked brand is named at all. Every figure in this section is the August 2026 reading; the exact window sits in the method note below.

Two engines that started at zero

Gemini named Outcraft in 0% of answers at the start and in 15.0% of them in August 2026. Google AI Overview moved from 0% to 10.5% over the same 90 days.

Eight competitors overtaken on these buyer questions

Eight of the 30 brands tracked on these 100 buyer questions were named more often than Outcraft in May 2026 and less often by the end of August: Regie, Consio, Voicegenie, Decagon, SalesApe, ElevenLabs, Cloudtalk and Artisan. That is a reading of these buyer questions only, not of any company’s business.

The agreed target, beaten twice

The target Outcraft and Agenzy set together before the work started was Outcraft named in at least 20 of the 100 tracked prompts, measured over the final two weeks of the engagement. It was named in 31 of them, which is 55% above the target. By the last reading in August the count stood at 51.

What the GEO work did to Google search

People hear a brand name in an AI answer, then go and type it into Google. That is where these numbers come from. The GEO work is the cause and the Google growth follows it.

Comparing matching windows at the start and at the end of the 90 days, impressions went from 9,896 to 88,987, which is 9x. Clicks went from 143 to 551, which is 3.9x. Average position improved from 12.4 to 9.1, impression-weighted from the Search Console export. Both windows are printed in the method note below and on the chart itself.

Search Console now logs full conversational questions landing on pages we wrote. One of them alone brought 16,080 impressions at position 5.3.

What Outcraft gets out of it

Outcraft now sees leads arriving in their own CRM with an AI source tagged on them. That is the client’s own reading of their pipeline, and the count is theirs to publish.

AI engines now recommend Outcraft in answers where much larger platforms are the incumbents. The pages those answers pull from were written for an AI engine to read, which is why a young brand is named beside them at all.

For every visitor Google sends the site, outcraft.ai earns about 180 times more AI visibility than the category’s most visible brand. AI engines recommend Outcraft far above its Google weight. That comparison is measured from AI-answer visibility and estimated search traffic in August 2026, and the method sits in How this was measured below.

≈180x

How this was measured

Peec AI tracks 100 buyer prompts for Outcraft, none of which names Outcraft. They run every day on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overview, and 32,000+ answers have been analysed to 31 August 2026. Visibility is the share of answers that name the brand. Share of voice is Outcraft’s share of all brand mentions on that prompt.

The exact windows behind every figure on this page.

The AI figures for “August 2026” are the 14 days to 31 August 2026. “At the start” is the week of 18 May 2026, the first tracked week. The 48x visibility change runs from the week of 18 May to the week of 24 August 2026. The Google figures are Search Console on two matching 14-day windows, 28 May to 10 June 2026 against 14 to 27 August 2026.

The 180x efficiency figure.

It divides a brand’s AI visibility by its estimated monthly organic search traffic, then compares Outcraft with the most visible brand in the same category. Visibility comes from Peec AI and the traffic estimates from Semrush, both pulled in August 2026.

A sixth Stripe prompt, on dunning automation, named no tracked brand at all in that window, Outcraft included. It is not in the table above. ChatGPT is the engine where Outcraft is weakest, at 2.4% in the same window, and it is the next thing we work on.

Questions buyers ask about this case

What happened in the first three months, and when did the first signal show?

The first signal came in month one, when AI visibility grew 10x after the crawler block came off and the site was marked up for AI engines. Month two added new articles and the YouTube rebuild, and visibility climbed on the buyer questions where no brand had been named at all. Month three added the rest of the article library, and Outcraft was named in 51 of the 100 tracked prompts in the August 2026 reading.

How does Outcraft know a lead came from AI?

Outcraft asks every buyer directly. Their pre-demo form carries a “How did you hear about us?” field, and the answer lands in Outcraft’s CRM next to the lead. Analytics also show chatgpt.com and gemini.google.com as referring sources. Many people hear a name in an AI answer and then type it into Google, so the Google numbers in this case are read as a consequence of the AI work.

Outcraft was named in 31 of 100, which is 55% above the target. By the last reading in August 2026 the count stood at 51 of 100.

Do you guarantee results, and what do you do instead?

Agenzy does not guarantee results, because no agency controls what an AI engine says. Instead we agree a target with you before the work starts, measure it every day on the same agreed set of buyer questions from start to finish, and read the numbers with you every month. On Outcraft the agreed target was 20 prompts and the delivered figure was 31.

Google impressions grew because AI answers create searches. Someone hears “Outcraft” in a ChatGPT or Gemini answer, then types the name into Google to check it. The same pages that AI engines pull also rank in Google search. Comparing matching windows at the start and at the end of the 90 days, Outcraft’s impressions went from 9,896 to 88,987 and clicks from 143 to 551.
